Which WhatsApp exports work

Any CSV with one row per day, message or campaign works, as long as it has a date and a message category (marketing, utility, authentication or service). Message count, cost, template name and business phone number are optional but give better results. If there is no cost column, costs are estimated from your rate card, including the free reply allowance per number per month.

How spike alerts and tips work

A day is flagged when its cost is more than your chosen percentage above the average of the previous seven days. Tips look for replies above the free allowance, numbers with unused allowance, utility templates that are now charged inside the 24-hour window, reminder-style templates billed as marketing, and rarely used numbers.
